We're a digital brand that's changing the way people get straighter smiles without going to the orthodontist's office. Our proprietary technology matches licensed professionals with customers who need clear aligners. We're on a mission to make high-quality orthodontic care accessible to everyone, regardless of their budget or location.

As a Smile Transformation Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping our customers achieve their smile goals. You'll use consultative selling techniques to present key features and benefits while remaining focused on the customer's needs and expectations. You'll also demonstrate persistence, overcome objections, and strive to improve your sales performance.

Responsibilities:
- Utilizing consultative selling techniques to present key selling points, features and benefits
- Demonstrating persistence, overcoming objections, and striving to improve your skills and sales performance
- Effectively communicating and building relationships with customers to provide a world-class customer experience
- Consistently reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual Retainer and Aligner Sales objectives

Qualifications:
- French proficiency (intermediate to advanced) required.
- English proficiency B2+ (Written and Speaking) required.
- A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing start-up company.
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree, highly desirable
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both oral and written
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Smart, energetic, kind, sincere, patient and adaptable
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, Saturdays and occasional holidays
