Salesforce Technical Support Specialist

Moody's is a global integrated risk assessment firm empowering organizations to make better decisions. We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
As a Salesforce Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing seamless application support to our internal Moody's employees. Your key responsibilities will include handling support tickets, providing in-depth knowledge of the application and its integrations, and escalating production issues. You'll also be expected to create knowledge articles and participate in monitoring, evaluation, and project transitions.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or engineering, and solid Salesforce platform knowledge. Experience with handling complex Salesforce systems, third-party integrations, and SOQL queries is highly desirable.
