We're Looking for a Customer Experience Lead

WeWork is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our community team as a Community Lead.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at our WeWork location.

You will develop and implement strategies to enhance membership engagement and retention, foster strong relationships with members and guests, and manage the move-in and move-out process.

You will also support sales efforts by conducting building tours and providing feedback on programming types and event effectiveness.

Additionally, you will host weekly social events and execute value-driving events planned by the Events team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance membership engagement and retention.
  • Fostering strong relationships with members and guests.
  • Managing the move-in and move-out process.
  • Supporting sales efforts.
  • Hosting weekly social events.
