About the Role:

Te Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries.

Job Description:

The Operations Coordinator - Communications Specialist will report to the Americas Financial Solution Center Site Director, providing professional administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details in the Americas FSC Site.

This role is responsible for performing office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling meetings and related requirements for departmental staff, including creating agendas, reserving conference rooms, catering, and A/V equipment if necessary.
  • Supporting training logistics and receiving and directing visitors.
  • Participating in and contributing to special projects as directed by the department head.
  • Maintaining the FSC America Financial Solution Website and coordinating all types of internal/external communications.
  • Organizing promotional activities for new FSC communication campaigns and designing arts for FSC Staff PPT and communications articles.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An admin support, creative design, or marketing background.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • An advanced English level.
  • A high degree of initiative and resourcefulness to accomplish tasks.
  • The ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel.

About the Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
