**About the Role**
We are seeking a Category Activation Leader to join our team in driving category growth and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing selling programs related to category innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and Category Innovation, Marketing, and Equity teams to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating compelling category plans, providing thought leadership internally and externally, and leading delivery of category dashboards and fundamentals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute selling programs for category innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promotional plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with CBTs and Category Innovation, Marketing, and Equity teams.
- Create compelling category plans and provide thought leadership internally and externally.
- Lead delivery of category dashboards and fundamentals.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Category Development, Shopper Development, or related fields.
- Advanced English skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong communication, influence, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
