Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at AC Hotel San Jose Escazu. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

You will process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share the highlights of the local area. You will also assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and solve problems efficiently. Additionally, you should be able to maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
