**Job Title:** Technical Atlassian Support Specialist

**Location:** Costa Rica

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Atlassian Support Specialist to join our team at Vs-Staffing. As an expert in Atlassian product administration, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and optimize Atlassian products, including Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence.
  • CUSTOMIZE AND TAILOR ATLASIAN TOOLS TO MEET SPECIFIC NEEDS AND WORKFLOWS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
  • Provide hands-on support to users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure efficient and effective utilization of Atlassian products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other systems, maximizing their impact on organizational processes.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard Atlassian systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Atlassian configurations, customizations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Atlassian products, specifically Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian product administration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Jira workflows, custom fields, and permissions.
  • Experience with Confluence page creation, template design, and space management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align Atlassian solutions accordingly.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
