Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

As a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing excellent services to employees, managers, and the HR community. This includes accurate and timely handling of payroll cases, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, and maintaining up-to-date HR systems where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing timecards, accruals, and absence corrections
  • Providing administrative support for terminations, including validation of remaining balances
  • Processing one-time payment entries
  • Responding to basic payroll questions and providing general administrative support through ticket raises
  • Preparing payroll reports and providing additional administrative support

Requirements:

  • High School degree required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Administrative experience beneficial, but not required
  • Interest in starting a career path in payroll essential
  • Advanced English language skills (spoken and written)
  • German, Portuguese, or French as a plus
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Workday and Kronos experience advantageous
