We are a subsidiary of Joby Aviation, a pioneering company in electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) technology.
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Total Rewards Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administration of our employee benefits program.
This includes conducting audits and reconciliations of payroll, benefits, and stock administration, maintaining accurate records, preparing necessary documents, and performing other tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong understanding of benefits administration and payroll processing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software quickly
