Job Description

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various facets of HR, including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Discipline, and Performance Management. This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to develop, produce, and analyze reports from existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Discipline, and Performance Management
  • Initiate employee programs and review their effectiveness
  • Maintain files and records related to personnel data
  • Act as a liaison between the company and government offices regarding benefits

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience in all facets of HR, with a focus on Employee Relations, Discipline, and Performance Management
  • Solid experience and knowledge in local Payroll System, compensation, and statutory benefits
  • A clear understanding of employee benefits (process and implementation)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to develop, produce, and analyze reports from existing systems
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal management skills
