Commission Analyst Lead, Costa Rica

At Smartsheet, we're seeking a highly skilled Commission Analyst to join our team in Costa Rica. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly commissions, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commissions processing or sales analysis, with experience working with commission systems like CaptivateIQ and sales tools such as Salesforce and DocuSign. They will be able to troubleshoot issues independently and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year**, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Master and own commission reconciliation and analysis*
* Complete monthly audit processes accurately adhering to timelines*
* Perform user support for our commissions system, and other sales systems including Salesforce and DocuSign*
* Manage user roles, profiles, security procedures, workflow rules and dashboards in the commission system while following strict adherence to SOX controls*
* Monitor data quality*
* Managing and editing records and data*
* Perform data cleansing and removing database duplicates*
* Maintain documentation for all processes and controls*
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Ability to perform basic mathematical solutions to determine accuracy of commissions*
* 3+ years of experience in commissions processing or sales analysis*
* Experience with a commission system such as CaptivateIQ a plus as well as other sales tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, etc.*
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently*
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills*
