Overview

As a member of the Intel Finance team, you will play a key role in providing support to business units and stakeholders. You will work closely with fixed assets, capital analysts, operations, capacity planning, and project teams to deliver financial services.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to various business units, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support and analysis to various business units, including fixed assets, capital analysts, operations, capacity planning, and project teams.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Independently evaluate accounting and reporting, recommending solutions to ensure integrity of external and internal reporting.
  • Plan, perform, and schedule own work with general management direction, delivering assignments in the form of overall goals and expected results.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, clearly conveying issues and seeking to understand messages and diversity of thoughts.
  • Identify problems and root causes, improving processes when necessary, and seeking existing solutions to problems when appropriate.
  • Meet commitments on a timely basis, building professional relationships based on trust, respect, and delivery of results.
  • Supportively participate in teams, helping to build and sustain a great place to work, and identifying conflicts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Finance global services.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis (managing large sets of data).
  • Advanced English level.
  • Possess permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Power BI knowledge.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
