In this pivotal role, the Associate will collaborate closely with Moody's Inclusion Team to drive strategic and operational priorities. The team consists of the Chief Inclusion Officer, Global Vice Presidents, and Regional Assistant Vice Presidents.
This opportunity enables the Associate to work alongside the Inclusion Team and Business Resource Groups to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Support business planning by working closely with regional and global team leads, overseeing budget requests, tracking metrics, and reviewing results for Business Resource Groups.
- Manage logistics for regional diversity heritage activities, including Women's History Month, Asian-Pacific American Month, Pride Month, and others.
- Assist in completing annual assessments, such as Stonewall and CEI, in collaboration with Regional AVPs and Global VPs.
- Maintain various activities for key external partnerships and relationships, including tracking follow-up items and coordinating activities that drive partnerships forward to meet joint objectives.
- Support meeting planning and execution by managing requests and maintaining planning and tracking materials and tools.
- Coordinate and develop a wide range of materials for internal and external engagements, including customer meetings, operating meetings, board presentations, and other ad-hoc presentations.
- Identify, develop, and execute enhancements to existing tools, dashboards, and processes to streamline the team's work.
- Evaluate risks and escalate them to the appropriate level of urgency.
Requirements:

Able to navigate varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
Organizational and political savvy
Demonstrated agility to work well in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines within short time constraints while maintaining attention to detail
Personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusion, and trust; ability to handle confidential material
Ability to set priorities, be proactive, exercise initiative, and assume responsibility for work and work products
Strong computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and calm under pressure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2 years of work experience in HR, project management, or related field
