About This Role

As a Service Center Manager at Createch, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our service center, including customer service, surgical planning, and dental CAD design services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Monitor service center performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of service center staff
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze service center reports and financial data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in service center management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong customer service orientation and a track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English
