We're seeking an experienced KYC Operations Team Leader to join our team at Convera. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering day-to-day team operations, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in delivering day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service for customer transactions.
- Develop and implement process improvements and best practices to drive business growth.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and conduct regular training sessions.
- Monitor and report on daily/monthly payment activity, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the financial services or payments industry.
