About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Team Lead to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with a leading logistics organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the Customer Care Team, ensuring high-performance execution and quality delivery.
  • Implement and manage regional customer care strategies, driving cost efficiency and optimization.
  • Develop and execute plans to minimize Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) requirements, aligning with Kuehne+Nagel's guidelines.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Certification to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
  • Foster close cooperation with Region/Country management, Operational/Revenue Care Managers, and teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in international trade or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience, managing teams or personnel.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Certification or equivalent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and English proficiency.
