**Job Summary**
Pfizer's Global Business Services (GBS) Shared Services is a well-established operation with a strong presence globally. The organization performs certain Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Travel & Entertainment, Order-to-Cash, and other related activities from regionally centralized locations.
The GBS Financial Services - San Jose Procure-to-Pay Junior Analyst will be responsible for conducting key procure-to-pay activities such as day-to-day tasks, basic support, solving issues related to P2P accounts, and troubleshooting purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor master data, and invoices/credits cases.
This role requires the ability to manage a high volume of requests, supporting markets, and working along with stakeholders to provide excellent customer service in an accurate timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize workload, prioritize, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Own process resolution from start to finish, ensuring the best possible outcome.
- Work with P2P Management to find solutions to issues that may arise.
- Maintain, and when possible, exceed metrics and goals.
- Takes initiative to support our Digital Finance strategy.
**Requirements:**
- University degree or ongoing University studies or technical high school degree in a finance-related field.
- 0 - 2 Years' Experience.
- Basic Office Knowledge.
- Basic accounting/finance knowledge.
- Desired experience in multinationals, shared services, or finance-related if applicable.
- Intermediate English.
