Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on requirements, strategy, and business objectives
  • Drive the development of new features throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
  • Develop mitigation strategies for problem areas and escalate to key stakeholders
  • Evaluate project documentation and ensure it is maintained
  • Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
  • Provide leadership to development teams to meet coding standards, estimation targets, and client expectations
  • Conduct informal and formal feedback sessions for team members to support their career growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management or as a Product Owner in Software Development Environments
  • Experience serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders and managers
  • Proven expertise with Agile development methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Able to build consensus with staff at all levels of the organization
  • Employee or peer management experience required
  • Able to work with multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking, conceptual ability, and analytical skills
