Aleph is looking for a Brand Strategist who will be responsible for developing cross-media strategies and proposals for our top clients.
- This position will work to identify opportunities and develop strategies for local & regional brands to try and incorporate Aleph and our partner as part of their marketing and media plans.
- This person will work in coordination with internal areas and close to direct clients and media, creative and influencer marketing agencies, defining and planning customized strategies that get ahead of their media needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for project management of one of the leading advertising products on the short-form mobile video app or sponsorships and ensuring delivery with zero error rate.
- Coordinate and collaborate with sales partnerships, ad ops, product teams, creativity etc. internally to develop & execute the program timely and smoothly.
- Balance with the client’s expectations and platform functions, to maintain the revenue as well as to enlarge the good case performance.
- Day-to-day client “concierge”, sharing best practices/industry advisor, solving short & long-term problems.
- Make the complex invisible by being the “go-to-person” for solving complicated market dynamics and technological jargon/new advancements.
- Develop a communication strategy that aligns creative development with the preferred distribution platform for seamless tactical activation of the plan.
- Produce written pitch/campaign presentations. Deliver eloquent presentations that are persuasive, passionate and credible.
- Leverage TV, data, digital, social, search, media, creative, PR, events, shopper marketing, programmatic, mobile, print and outdoor to influence” media-mix planning”.
- Tighten and lock relationships with clients by becoming trusted “consiglieri” -visit/call on client regularly, predict problems, objective selling concepts as added value.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights on reports and simultaneously use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our partner ads and ad units.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- At least 7 years’ experience in multi-discipline marketing communication, project management, strategic sales and/or agency account management.
- Experience in managing complex projects involving different parties, and understanding how to resolve conflicts as well as managing slippage in timeline
- Experience with branding campaigns & campaign delivery analysis from disparate data sources; ability to analyze data and identify insightImpeccable attention to detail & process and highly organized
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills using the proper escalation process
- Strong enthusiasm for Social Media, creativity, and content
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills + active listening skills and proactive collaboration
- Self-starter and motivated to learn
- Business proficiency in English and Spanish
