This role works under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager to accomplish critical responsibilities:

  • Transfer record ownership due to changes in job responsibility or territory coverage
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to deliver changes and solve system issues
  • Create custom reports and dashboards
  • Participate and sometimes lead user acceptance testing for major projects
  • Provide best practices and ongoing support to the business and other team members on how to leverage tools and systems

The ideal candidate will have experience with defining KPIs, understanding Salesforce object relationships to build reports and dashboards, importing and exporting data, and manipulating the data set for use in other tools or bulk updates. Additional skills such as configure price quote (CPQ), e-signature, and CTI are a plus.
