As a strategic HR partner for business groups in Costa Rica, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing human resource strategies that drive business objectives and foster an engaged and high-performing organization.
About the RoleThis challenging opportunity requires a seasoned HR professional with 12 years of experience or equivalent in related fields, including a Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree. You will be responsible for leading talent acquisition and development initiatives, compensation analysis, and employee engagement programs to ensure the organization's current and future talent requirements are met.
You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources systems to advise leadership on talent strategies and actions to build organizational capabilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with COEs and Shared Service groups to develop solutions, programs, and policies that meet evolving workforce needs.
Your work will involve analyzing trends and metrics to identify training needs or individual executive coaching needs for assigned client groups. You will also participate in interview/selection processes, perform compensation analysis, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance and risk management.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Edwards Lifesciences in Costa Rica.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a similar industry.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources systems.
- Proven successful project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Proven expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Leadership skills and ability to influence change.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
