We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our Human Capital Strategy, partnering with client group leaders to deliver human capital solutions aligned with business objectives.

About the Role

">

This dynamic position involves providing expert guidance and support to client groups on various HR initiatives, including competency development, succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment law compliance, employee engagement, change management, and process improvement. You will work closely with management to coach and consult on issues affecting morale, performance, development, and organization effectiveness.

">

You will be responsible for ensuring consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees, consulting with managers on company policies and procedures, and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to address client group requirements. Your expertise in key business drivers will inform decision-making related to human capital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to client groups on HR initiatives">
  • Coach and consult with management on HR-related issues">
  • Ensure consistent application and adherence to company policies and procedures">
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to address client group requirements">
  • Apply knowledge of key business drivers in making decisions related to human capital">
  • Present, train, and facilitate workforce development programs">
  • Support communication on and utilization of performance management tools and processes, compensation, and rewards programs">
  • Conduct and manage investigations of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications">

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in administration, psychology, or a related field">
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment">
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI), HRIS, and other relevant systems">
  • Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of key business drivers in human capital decision-making">
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills">
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams">
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment">

Salary and Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including life-work integration, community involvement, and career growth opportunities.
