About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Strategist to support the execution of our Human Capital Strategy by applying HR initiatives, tools, and processes within client groups. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with client group leaders to deliver human capital solutions aligned with departmental performance goals and business strategy.

Responsibilities

As a Human Capital Strategist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing HR guidance and support to client groups in areas such as competency development, succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment law compliance, employee relations, employee engagement, change management, and process improvement.
• Couching and consulting with management on issues affecting morale, performance, development, and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps.
• Providing guidance and direction to client groups to ensure consistent, equal, and fair treatment of all employees.
• Consulting with managers to ensure the consistent application of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to address and satisfy client group requirements.
• Applying knowledge of key business drivers in making decisions related to human capital.
• Presenting, training, and/or facilitating workforce development programs.
• Supporting communication on and utilization of performance management tools and processes and compensation and rewards programs.
• Conducting and managing investigations of complaints and concerns that could result in legal ramifications; assessing severity, involving appropriate individuals, and facilitating appropriate action based on policy and practice.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Capital Strategist with a bachelor's degree in administration, psychology, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of key business drivers and their impact on human capital. Desired skills include Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI), HRIS, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This range is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, job responsibilities, and qualifications.
