Financial Manager, Costa Rica

Videndum Production Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to lead our finance team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in leadership roles within an international environment. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting needs. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of month-end closing, including inventory management, cash administration, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Provide strategic guidance on budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting needs
• Oversee all aspects of month-end closing, including inventory management, cash administration, and process improvements
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive synergies and process improvements
• Collaborate with controllers to develop and implement financial processes
Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years of experience in accounting. You should also have a strong understanding of Free Trade Zone requirements, leadership experience in an international environment, and excellent communication skills. Bonus points if you have a CPA certification or experience with IFS or other ERP systems.
