Job Description
As a Node Tech Lead at BairesDev, you will technically oversee a team of experienced front and back developers. Your mission will be to determine the needs of the global technical architecture and identify integration points for third-party and existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to determine the needs of the global technical architecture.
- Identify integration points for third-party and existing systems.
- Validate technical choices to ensure they integrate with the final solution and adhere to technical contracts defined for integration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Node development.
- Advanced agile methodologies management.
- Advanced Design Patterns knowledge.
- Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
- Experience with Security.
- Fully specialized in Backend, Frontend development areas.
- Strong experience in coding reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert understanding of benefits and weaknesses of client requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of tradeoffs of choosing certain technology.
- Strong experience participating in meetings with clients, users, and stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams, allocating tasks, identifying risks, decision making, estimating tasks, managing conflicts, and planning.
- Advanced English level.
