We are looking for a SW Engineering Manager to lead a team of business consultants at the Costa Rica Site.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or STEM related field with 7+ years of below experience OR a master's degree in same areas with 2+ years' experience.

**Work Model for this Role**
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
