**Project Manager
- What You'll Do**:

- Directly interface with new clients across multiple countries in order to create project plans and prioritize tasks across a variety of departments and skillsets around client software implementation project goals.
- Utilize Salesforce to create project cases and tasks and ensure the right members of the team are assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Oversee multiple concurrent software implementation projects from inception through completion while ensuring all projects remain within the agreed upon timeline and scope.
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant project stakeholders including setup and support personnel, learning and development, and client success teammates.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and innovation meetings and communications with the project team.
**The Skills, Experience, and Mindset Required**:

- Progressive experience in a client facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility and sound business judgment where aptitude for improving customer satisfaction and developing a strong relationship is successfully demonstrated.
- Degree, certificate, or prior experience in management, project Management, agile/scrum, computer science, or another relevant field highly preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with new clients, establish expectations, and participate in regular client check-ins.
- C1 - C2 English level according to the CEFR or equivalent.
