At Urrly, we are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist to drive forward initiatives that significantly impact our organization's culture and employee experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment journey, from crafting appealing job ads to the final handshake, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding, creating a smooth start for newcomers, complete with orientation and all necessary paperwork.
  • Serve as the HR point person, offering advice on policies and navigating workplace dynamics with ease.
  • Manage employee relations, tackling conflicts and performance issues with fairness and insight.
  • Handle our benefits program, making sure everyone is up to speed and satisfied with what we offer.
  • Drive HR policy development and initiatives that boost morale and keep employees engaged.
  • Keep employee records and HRIS data accurate and up-to-date, ensuring we are always audit-ready.
  • Evaluate legal compliance, keeping us aligned with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and run training sessions, sharing knowledge that helps us grow professionally.
  • Analyze HR reporting and analytics, turning data into actionable plans.
  • Take on HR projects, leading efforts that align with our goals and propel us forward.

Requirements:

  • Full English fluency at a C1/C2 level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, grounding your understanding of HR fundamentals.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, demonstrating your capacity to grow and take on increasing responsibilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, making you adept at building relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • A proven guardian of confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
  • Organizational prowess and adept time management skills, ensuring you can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Tech-savviness, particularly with MS Office and HRIS platforms, enhancing your efficiency and effectiveness.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus, signaling your commitment to staying at the forefront of HR excellence.
  • Willingness to work 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday through Friday.
