Job Overview:

The Accountant I will support the development and implementation of accounting systems at Te Connectivity. This role is responsible for preparing O2C related process documentation (process maps and work instructions).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete records of financial transactions
  • Analyze and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and analysis
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain training programs for employees on financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units
  • Prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
