**Job Description**
We are looking for a talented Pricing Analyst to join our team at the Straumann Group. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of pricing for the North America subsidiary.
Your primary focus will be on providing critical decision support to commercial and pricing leadership by analyzing market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Accounting, Product Management, Legal and Sales, to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include executing pricing strategies across different business units, analyzing market dynamics and competitive landscape, collaborating on bundle and promotion creation, reporting on pricing performance, and maintaining pricing tools.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to conduct regular competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats and recommend appropriate actions, ensure compliance of Government contract, and maintain pricing policies and guidelines across business units and brands.
