About the Role:
This role involves analyzing processes, identifying operational improvements, and optimizing business logistics in a high-growth environment. You will be part of a small team providing operational support to our technologists, ensuring they have the best experience during their journey with Andela.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing manual operations tasks and liaising with stakeholders to address operational deficiencies.
- Handling and resolving support tickets raised by internal and external stakeholders within agreed SLAs.
- Assisting with optimizations of various Talent processes.
- Analyzing business situations and implementing optimizations.
- Maintaining payroll processing systems and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data when required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in software development, technology consulting, or software product management.
- Experience in administration, automation of tasks, and business processes.
- Effectively working remotely and leveraging advancements to solve business problems.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
