Job Description

The General Project Assistant will play a vital role in our organization, driving project execution and ensuring seamless collaboration among teams. This position requires exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.">
  • Create project schedules, timelines, and budgets.">
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.">
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.">
  • Conduct research to support project decision-making.">
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.">
  • Communicate project updates and milestones to team members and stakeholders.">
  • Provide administrative support to project managers.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
