">The General Project Assistant will play a vital role in our organization, driving project execution and ensuring seamless collaboration among teams. This position requires exceptional coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
">Key Responsibilities

- Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.">
- Create project schedules, timelines, and budgets.">
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.">
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.">
- Conduct research to support project decision-making.">
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.">
- Communicate project updates and milestones to team members and stakeholders.">
- Provide administrative support to project managers.">
Requirements
