We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end hiring processes and activities across various business groups in the US, Canada, and Latin America region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing recruiting expertise to find and attract top talent needed by Intel to support technology and product roadmaps.
- Coupling business acumen with labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies that meet current and long-term business needs.
- Leveraging talent expertise and understanding of talent acquisition plans (TAP), business models, operations, competitive position, and business group products to identify key priorities and make recommendations to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum Qualifications- 1+ years of experience supporting internal and/or external hiring processes and stakeholder management.
- 1+ years of experience working with transnational companies.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written/spoken).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
