In order to succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (cloud-based Dynamics 365 a plus)
- Strong experience with custom workflows, entities, objects, attributes, tasks, actions, and other advanced Dynamics 365 features
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and Microsoft DevOps tools
Bonus points if you have certifications in Microsoft technologies or experience working with Azure services
