We're seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tek Experts. As a key member of our Microsoft Dynamics team, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support for our clients' business applications.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with end-users, system administrators, and solution integrators to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to resolve complex cases, collaborating with peers, technical leads, and Microsoft engineering teams as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and expertise development.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions, consistent with customer commitments and prescribed protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics products, features, and best practices to deliver exceptional support and guidance.
- Excellent English language skills (85% or higher).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer and/or technical support within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of databases, query/SQL, cloud computing, network connectivity, and Active Directory.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
