Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely HR administration support to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and the HR community, about Employee Life Cycle processes.
- Ensure adherence to Global HR procedures and processes.
- Document and transfer knowledge of recurrent cases to increase case resolution at Tier 0 or 1 level.
- Provide input and ideas to improve transactional process efficiencies.
- Assume ownership for performance against HR Services objectives for areas of responsibility.
- Interact and work closely with other HR Shared Services members and other HR teams on issues requiring their involvement.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate experience within an HR administration or HR shared services organization.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work from 11 am-8 pm (M-F).
- Strong administration skills, time management, and proactiveness.
- Desired experience with Microsoft Office, Workday, Service Now, Kronos.
