Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining processes and e-services for account management
  • SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS AND AGENCIES IN IMPLEMENTING STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES (SOP's)
  • Gathering intelligence on customers to define group expectations
  • Managing negotiations and tender filling
  • Performing space management negotiations
  • Conducting daily and weekly meetings with internal and external customers
  • Reviewing finance macro statements of accounts
  • Providing training and resources for team members to perform duties effectively
  • FOLLOWING UP ON TEAM PERFORMANCE AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
  • Guiding team towards customer excellence and personal development
  • Working on regional and personal development projects assigned by management
  • Promoting CMA CGM products and services such as VAS, CEVA, Intermodal, and e-Biz

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain environment or shipping (ideal)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong time management and teamwork abilities
  • Dependability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and offer solutions
  • Openness to personal growth and development
