Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational finance and accounting aspects, including budgets/forecasts, capital appropriation activity, inventory, footprint, and other analyses.
- Develop, maintain, and improve internal controls to ensure accuracy and predictability of results, timely reporting, consolidation of results and forecasts, analysis of variations, and determination of countermeasures.
- Work independently to drive positive change, including evaluating and streamlining existing processes and controls to deliver accurate and timely results and ensure proper use of company resources and assets.
- Represent the company before tax authority and other governmental agencies and public institutions in the ordinary course of business.
- Manage the Costa Rica site, overseeing payroll processing, partnering with Human Resources, and driving company initiatives.
- Deliver accurate monthly financial statements and forecasts according to local statutory and U.S. GAAP standards.
