Key Accountabilities
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver world-class services to customers.
- Develop and grow the team's capability through training and hiring.
- Create a vision and charter for a new team responsible for assembling, aligning, and improving services that meet a productivity use case.
- Owning the roadmap for service components and programs that drive delivery of a world-class experience for customers.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced degree in an engineering or scientific field.
- Experience defining system architectures and exploring technical tradeoffs.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
