Job Summary
The Orthodontic Quality Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of ClearCorrect treatment planning. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing quality expertise on ClearCorrect quality control, process improvements, guidance on product/process failure analysis, and customer complaint resolutions.
- Establishing requirements for quality standards, systems, processes, and procedures to meet regulatory and statutory demands.
- Evaluating data, identifying trends, and taking corrective action or recommending training.
- Creating documentation and presentations based on customer feedback and team performance.
- Conducting QA meetings and product reviews with management.
- Updating quality standards, regulations, and protocols.
- Implementing testing protocols and coordinating with head office.
- Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and other functions on process improvement activities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least two years of experience in Digital Orthodontic treatment planning.
- Excellent research skills and ability to develop creative solutions for quality challenges.
- Strong computer operation and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
