You will be part of a dynamic and growing team within the CEnS organization. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various services and products. We are passionate about empowering our customers to achieve more and strive to create innovative solutions to meet their needs.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with Support Engineering staff to develop and implement training programs to improve their technical skills
- Analyze skill-gaps in team or Pod and create readiness plans to address them
- Coach and mentor Support Engineers on case management standards and best practices
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides and workflows to improve the efficiency of Support Engineers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical background and expertise in software engineering and/or IT support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions
- Experience in coaching and mentoring technical teams
