We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to join our team at FusionHit. As a Senior Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective strategies to engage prospects, build rapport, and convert leads into clients.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Developer or in a similar role, specifically focused on lead generation for IT staff augmentation services in the USA market.
- In-depth understanding of the IT staff augmentation industry, market dynamics, and key players in the market.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert leads into clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish connections and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets within specified deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software for lead tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and contributing to business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- High level of English (C1 - C2).
- Excellent communication skills.
