Sales Growth Specialist

The Role:
The Aggregator Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal part in driving Year-over-Year (YoY) sales growth for Cloud Services Provider campaigns, focusing on pipeline expansion and close rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Aggregator NPM to boost YoY revenue growth through the adoption of new solutions and services.
- Drive consumption by enabling existing partners on new solutions and services campaigns, defining campaign results and metrics.
- Participate in strategic sales planning sessions, contributing constructive opinions and insights as an independent business contributor.
- Develop and execute sales plays, tracking results and providing valuable business intelligence from VMware systems.
- Analyze data, create meaningful PowerPoint presentations, and participate in regular sales calls, business reviews, QBRs, partner summits, field demand events, and EXPLORE.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within an IT company.
- Knowledge of software subscription licensing models and programs.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to accurately forecast, identify risks, and capitalize on upside opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A hybrid work arrangement: 4 days on-site, 1 day work-from-home.
