We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO at Northbuilt Construction. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Job Description
  • Project and task management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Organization and maintenance of digital files and documents: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all projects, including client information, project schedules, and financial reports.
  • Development and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures: You will help develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all departments.
  • Collaboration and alignment with team goals and objectives: You will work closely with the CEO and other team members to align your efforts with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing client relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the company remains financially stable.
  • Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
