About This Role:

We are looking for talented Customer Support Representatives to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica. As a representative, you will interact with customers via phone, providing excellent service and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from customers regarding general inquiries, billing, payments, basic tech support, and customer service.
  • Resolve problems efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency at level B2 (85%).
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Windows environment experience.
  • Ability to type proficiently.
  • High School Degree or higher.
  • Relevant work experience.

Salary Range: ₡450,000.00 - ₡500,000.00 per month.
