We are looking for a Branch Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating open houses, virtual hiring events, and career fairs for recruitment campaigns. They will also develop and administer company programs, maintain the HR Information System, and provide exceptional client service.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least a year of previous recruiting experience in high-volume recruitment, strong consulting skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. You will also possess a strong client service focus, experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS, and strong computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and preference will be given to those with post-secondary education in Human Resources.
