Job Description
We're looking for a skilled People Operations Support Coordinator to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the complete onboarding lifecycle for new employees from offer letter to first day. This includes shaping the future of the new employee onboarding experience by helping to automate and streamline the process.
You will maintain and update data within our HR/Payroll System, Workday, ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Additionally, you will provide a high-level of support to employees by responding to questions and escalating issues as necessary. You will also manage employee files and be responsible for uploading new hire documentation.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for new employees from offer letter to first day.
- Shape the future of the new employee onboarding experience by helping to automate and streamline the process.
- Maintain and update data within our HR/Payroll System, Workday, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide a high-level of support to employees by responding to questions and escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage employee files and be responsible for uploading new hire documentation.
- Support the integrity of our data by running regular audits and reporting.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects within the People Operations Team and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- English and Spanish Speaking Required.
- 2+ years Human Resource Generalist/Coordinator Experience.
- HR Systems Experience.
- ETicketing System Experience (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
