The Resource Management Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment Team Lead and Resource Manager to:
**Recruitment Duties:**
- Conduct research to identify cultural organizations for rare language needs;
**Security Duties:**
- Collaborate with the Security Liaison on background reinvestigations and paperwork review for US federal government clients;
- Support database maintenance and compliance review projects;
**Quality Assurance Duties:**
- Coordinate and oversee testing for all interpreters using digital and written assessments;
- Ensure that evaluators are available for all language assessments;
- Source and train new evaluators and proctors, negotiate their rates, and manage payments;
- Submit weekly testing and evaluation reports to track assessment usage and costs;
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital testing with the IT department and Resource Manager;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
