This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support all quality assurance tasks, including test plan preparation, test case creation, and defect tracking.
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing, as well as performance testing using open-source tools like JMeter.
- Create detailed test plans and test cases using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Document defects found during testing activities and track them to resolution.
- Collaborate with DevOps development teams on test planning and execution, code reviews, and release activities.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and maintenance of documentation.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in software testing, preferably with experience in Agile methods and ceremonies.
- Demonstrated experience in one or more tool sets, such as Selenium, RSAT, or EasyRepro.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Automation skills, including SpecFlow with Selenium using BDD, Gherkin Language, Cucumber, Object-Oriented Programming, and SQL.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Industry testing certifications.
- D365 certifications, classes, or exams.
- Azure certifications, classes, or exams.
