Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects and customers to identify opportunities for our Sales Teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Qualifying and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team that lead to high-quality pipeline
  • Engaging and qualifying prospects through inbound and outbound prospecting
  • Leveraging our best-in-class technology stack to engage with our prospects and customers
  • Partnering with multiple cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Sales, to deliver business goals
  • Enrolling and completing our world-class onboarding program
  • Collaborating with team members across multiple regions to share best practices

About You:

  • You have at least 1 year of sales development or client-facing experience
  • You have experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing position
  • You are passionate about working with new technologies and technical concepts
  • You can understand customer pain points, requirements, and deliver a response presenting Smartsheet as a solution
  • You have the aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
